Production Head - Haridwar

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Production at Gautam Solar Pvt. Ltd's Haridwar Unit 2. The Head of Production will be responsible for overseeing production planning, production management, operations management, team management, and budgeting. They will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and optimal utilization of resources in the production department.

Responsibilities:

·        Targeting Optimal production from the solar module manufacturing plant Unit 2.

·        Manage day-to-day operations of the solar module manufacturing plant ensuring production, quality, and dispatches.

Required Experience and Skills:

·        Preferably 5- 10 yrs. experience in managing solar module manufacturing plants.
