Senior User Interface Engineer


About the job:

- Overall Front-end engineering experience of 12+ years

- Expertise in building Micro-frontend web/ eCommerce applications using ReactJS/ TypeScript, Webpack 5 and Module federation Micro Frontend.

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ReactJS/ Typescript

- Module Federatted Micro-Frontend: Excellent experience in building component libraries design systems that can be used across numerous eCommerce platforms/ domains.

- Minimum of 2+ years in building Component design systems.

- Mission is to create a single point of reference for all front-end components.

- Should have excellent knowledge working in Agile methodology (Scrum/ Kanban)

- This is a 100% hands-on delivery role.

- This is an individual contributor role, with a decent amount of team management capabilities.

- Excellent flair for the English language, both written and Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to define, design, and implement innovative user interfaces.

- Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive and interactive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Develop reusable UI components and libraries to streamline development processes and maintain consistency across products.

- Optimize application performance and responsiveness for seamless user interactions across various devices and browsers.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior members of the UI engineering team.

- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in user interface design and front-end development.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with experience in one or more modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.


- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.


- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).


- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
