The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria: Proven Track Record:Demonstrated experience in a corecorporate communicationsrole, with tangible results in internal and external communications initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement:Experience working closely withsenior stakeholders , including C-suite executives, and the ability to manage high-level communications effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration:A history of working withmultiple and diverse teams , both internally across departments and externally with agencies, partners, and vendors. Stakeholder Liaison:Strong capability inliaising with senior stakeholdersacross various functions and organizations, maintaining professionalism and strategic alignment. Engagement Conceptualization & Execution:Ability toconceptualize and execute engagement activities , bothoffline and online , including town halls, leadership communications, employee engagement programs, etc. Matrixed Environment:Experience in working withinmatrix team structures , navigating complexities, and driving alignment across different business units or geographies.
