JOB RESPONSIBILITYIdentify key players and Champion new opportunities via research, cold calling, and emails.Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Acting as a consultant and guide prospects in their purchase decisions for Lepton’s Product and solutions.Consistently Improve the Quality of the Customer experience with Lepton.Continually review and evolve the collections process at Lepton, oversee and organize every interaction between the customer and Lepton.Connect with relevant business owners/ Managers and assist them in business operations.Deliver service improvements to improve the customer experience.End to end Management of hunting, pitching, providing solutions and execution of large Long tail clients.Responsible for qualified lead generation and development of a healthy sales funnel.Develop pipeline and create consistent flow of interested prospects.Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIsQUALIFICATION & SKILLSETBachelor’s degree is mandatory. MBA in Marketing would be an advantage.4+ years of inside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in IT industry.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.Knowledge about , and other social media platforms.
