Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Graphic & Video Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves generating innovative ideas for interactive web content and designing, producing, and managing these materials across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in visual storytelling, with a strong understanding of branding and audience engagement.

Position Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design unique, interactive web content to enhance user engagement.- Manage and produce promotional content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.- Design interactive email templates, e-books, and other digital marketing materials.- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and reflect the company's tone and messaging in all visual content.- Enhance the visual appeal of the company's web content to increase online visibility and engagement.- Develop interactive animations and storyboards for promotional videos as directed by senior marketing management.- Utilize Premiere Pro to create high-quality videos.- Utilize InDesign to create stunning print-quality brochures/guidebooks.- Utilize Photoshop to create high-quality images.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Must have excellent English communication skills, to understand written instructions and convert them into graphics and videos.- Proven experience in digital graphic design and video production.- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other relevant design tools (Canva etc.).- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management.- Ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working collaboratively across departments.- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in developing animations and interactive storyboards.- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Figma would be an added advantage.
