We are seeking experienced and motivated Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team at Aurasoft, an ISO-certified & DIPP-recognized company by the Govt. of India. As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge SaaS solutions for startups and SMBs worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontend Development: Proficiency in React, Redux, Hooks, MUI, and Next.js, with a keen eye for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Backend Development: Expertise in Node.js, Express, RESTful APIs, and database management (MySQL & MongoDB). Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Code Quality and Optimization: Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing codebases for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Deployment and Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and server environments like Hostinger VPS.
  • Version Control and Collaboration: Proficient with GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence for efficient teamwork and project management.
  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Act as an exemplary team player, mentoring and guiding junior developers in a continuous learning environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project deployments and client satisfaction.
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
