Individuals in this role collaborate closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise. In this role, individuals participate in and lead design sessions and provide leadership for ongoing development efforts on various projects. The International eCommerce department is looking to add SAP Commerce/Hybris Engineers to their Development and Support teams to help sustain and build Releases for their International eCommerce Platform/Solution. Candidates are expected to have sound technical knowledge working on SAP Commerce/Hybris in Accelerator and/or Spartacus. They need to have prior experience working on B2C implementations in Hybris and have strong knowledge on key modules of eCommerce such as Product Management, Backoffice Content Management, Order Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Integrations etc.Job Duties/Essential Functions: Executes against project plans and delivers assignments within scope, schedule, and budget. Adopts and adapts to newly approved technologies, programming languages, tools, and standards. Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, including the ability to estimate work needed. Assesses functional and nonfunctional requirements and creates designs to meet both business and technical needs. Creates conceptual and detailed technical design documents. Provides implementation expertise contributing to rollback, post install, data migration, and other artifacts as required including creation of support plans. Adheres to security management practices and promotes established security standards. Works with diagrams and documents the orchestration system solutions, configurations, break/fix procedures. Troubleshoots and solves code level problems quickly, efficiently and accurately. Creates automated unit and integration tests in their local environments after code development. Provides specific, relevant reporting for stakeholders in support of root cause analysis on critical issues. Mentors and shares knowledge across the International eCommerce Department. Same as Essential FunctionsExperience, Skills, Education & Licenses / Certifications Required: Must have good understanding and working experience with Git flows, branching strategy etc. Experience with various code management and continuous integration tools: Bamboo, Bitbucket, Data Center etc. Hands on knowledge of configuring, installing, and using SAP Commerce/Hybris versions Hands on experience with Hybris tools including Backoffice, Hybris Administration Console, Import Cockpit and Product Cockpit functions Knowledge of SOLR search engine, Adaptive search and configuring keywords for SEO Proficient in Hybris foundational concepts with knowledge of Data Architecture, creating new Data models with Hybris, Data exchange and Inbound/Outbound integrations. Knowledge of Kubernetes Microservice architecture and setting up automated services Experience on new functionalities introduced in latest SAP Commerce versions, such as the Rule engine, Promotion Engine, Product Cockpit, Back office framework, SmartEdit etc. Knowledge on Spartacus (AngularJS coding) Extensive implementation knowledge of Software Design on SAP Commerce OOTB and Custom components Knowledge of Mobile App implementation via APIs, Flutter, Firebase etc. Proficient SQL database experience Experience with SDLC in an Agile environment Communication of project issues in a timely manner with other Engineers, Scrum Master, Solution Architects, QA and Senior Management. Knowledge of French, Spanish, Korean and Mandarin is a plus. Proficient in the use of Google products: email, spreadsheet, document, presentation and analytics. Successful internal candidates will have spent one year or more on their current team.
