Position: Frontend DeveloperDepartment: TechnologyLocation: On-site (Mumbai, Maharashtra)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an exceptionally skilled Frontend Developer to lead the development of high-performance and scalable user interfaces for AIQ Space Ventures’ cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of React, global state management, TypeScript, and API integrations, with proven ability to create optimized, responsive, and maintainable frontend systems. This role demands a strong grasp of modern frontend architecture, collaboration with the UI/UX team, and proficiency in version control for seamless cross-functional development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications.Build reusable components with React and TypeScript, ensuring strong typing and maintainability.Implement and manage global state management solutions (Redux and Zustand).Integrate seamlessly with backend APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.Collaborate closely with the UI/UX design team to implement and recycle designs into consistent, reusable components.Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible frontends.Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.Apply best practices in frontend architecture, coding standards, and testing.Maintain clear documentation and follow proper Git-based version control workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).Continuously research and adopt new frontend trends and technologies to improve development practices.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in ReactJS with in-depth knowledge of hooks, lifecycle methods, and performance optimization.Excellent understanding of Python and strong typing in frontend applications.Expertise in global state management frameworks (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or equivalent).Solid experience integrating and handling RESTful APIs and GraphQL.Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).Knowledge of frontend optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading, caching strategies).Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, translating wireframes into functional interfaces.Proficiency in Git and GitHub workflows (branching strategies, pull requests, version control best practices).Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Next.js or other meta-frameworks for building optimized applications.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).Prior work in early-stage startups or high-growth environments.What We OfferOpportunity to build mission-critical products in the space-tech and AI domain.A collaborative environment with UI/UX, backend, and geospatial teams.Ownership of projects with freedom to innovate and scale solutions.Competitive compensation and opportunities for rapid growth.
