Design social media posts, carousels, banners, and ad creatives consistent with brand guidelines. Develop visual concepts, layouts, typography, and color schemes for campaigns. Convert briefs into polished designs quickly while maintaining high quality. Prepare design files for web and print (correct formats, sizes, resolution). Collaborate with content writers, marketing, and video teams to produce integrated campaigns. Maintain an organized asset library and follow version-control best practices. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to grow client brands. 🧩 Graphic Designer — Requirements Diploma/degree or certification in Graphic Design or related field preferred; freshers with strong portfolios are welcome. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Knowledge of Figma is a plus. Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and composition. Basic understanding of social media ad specs and best practices. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. Good communication skills and ability to accept feedback. Portfolio/works samples required (Behance/Drive links or attachments). 🎬 Video Editor — Key Responsibilities Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, IGTV), ads, client promos, and website use. Assemble raw footage, add motion graphics, transitions, color correction/grading, and sound design. Create animated intros/outros, lower thirds, captions/subtitles, and promotional shorts. Work with designers and content creators to maintain consistent visual style and pacing. Optimize videos for different platforms and screen ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). Manage project files, export videos in required formats, and ensure timely delivery. Suggest creative edits and storytelling improvements to increase engagement. 🎯 Video Editor — Requirements Diploma/degree or certification in Film, Multimedia, or related field preferred; freshers with strong editing reels are welcome. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut is a plus. Basic skills in audio editing, color correction, and motion graphics. Understanding of social media video trends and platform specifications. Ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality output. Good storytelling sense, eye for detail, and willingness to iterate on feedback.
