Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the quality and environmental management systems including continuous improvements activities. This includes coordinating the review and update of SOP's requiring change as a result of transformation programs.
  • Support with the preparation and execution of both client and certification body external audits.
  • Coordination and execution of internal audits in-line with the QMS audit schedule.
  • Support the commercial organization by providing timely response / resolution to internal / client requests for QMS/EMS enquiries.
  • Participate with completing risk assessments, including reviewing, updating and publishing data.
  • Execute ISO-related reporting against defined KPIs.

Skills & Experience

  • 3 years + experience in a quality management role.
  • Ideally educated to degree level or has equivalent work experience in relevant area.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems under ISO 9001. Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 17100 and ISO 18587 is desirable.
  • Ideally a trained internal auditor.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and risk management practices.
  • Highly organized and methodical with good IT skills.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in maturing quality management programs. They should be capable of assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance program maturity.
  • Self-motivated and independent but capable of working as part of a team: The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision within an engaged team. They should be able to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage their time effectively while working together.
  • Decision-making: The candidate should have strong decision-making skills. They should be confident and assertive in making decisions that align with the company's quality management policies, procedures and standards, even in complex and challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
