Our vision is to advocate the सादा / SAADAA way of living and make बेहतर / BETTER basics for everyone.#RAHOSAADAA #PEHNOSAADAATop 1% Shopify stores in India, we have been bootstrapped and profitable with industry leading benchmarks, we have grown from a 100 sq. ft. garage to now a 150+ people.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR• Partner strategically with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. • Lead headhunting initiatives to proactively attract top talent from the market, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques beyond conventional job portals. • Drive campus hiring programs and early-career talent initiatives to support long term workforce planning. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs, including niche and critical roles. • Take ownership of SOP creation, implementation, and continuous improvement, ensuring all recruitment processes are standardized, scalable, and compliant. • Maintain strong and accurate recruitment documentation across all hiring stages to ensure audit readiness and process transparency. • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding – with a strong focus on candidate experience and hiring efficiency. • Strengthen employer branding through recruitment marketing campaigns, social media strategies, career fairs, and industry partnerships. • Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer to-join ratio, etc.), providing actionable insights to leadership. • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, driving adherence to best practices and continuous learning. • Coordinate end-to-end with recruitment agencies – from vendor selection, agreement closures, and onboarding to tracking agency performance, invoice reconciliation, and monitoring the percentage of hiring delivered via agency partners.WHO YOU ARE• 6–9 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within D2C, retail, e-commerce, or other fast-paced, high-growth industries. • Educational Qualifications: MBA or BBA in Human Resources or a related field. • Strong exposure to D2C hiring across both tech and non-tech functions, including roles in product, engineering, growth, marketing, operations, and customer success. • Demonstrated success in hiring for multiple levels, from entry-level to mid-senior roles, across cross-functional teams. • In-depth experience with campus recruitment and building scalable early-talent programs. • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments. • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Keka, Lever, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, etc.), sourcing tools, and social recruiting strategies. • Ability to balance strategic workforce planning with day-to-day hiring execution under tight timelines. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.WHY BE A PART OF सादा / SAADAA?• Do you feel out of place in a world full of unnecessary complexities? • Do you find joy in little things? • Are you an avid reader with a curiosity for understanding how things work and how we got here? • Do you believe life is simple and people around you are focusing on the wrong things? • Are you excited by the idea of learning new things or solving problems with the simplest solutions?If the answer to all the above questions is yes, you are in the right place.
