Role description

We are looking for a highly-skilled graphic designer with a flair for luxury aesthetics and an instinct for storytelling. Someone who knows how to connect different cultural, visual, and strategic worlds—and translate them into striking visual expressions for premium and luxury real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.

This is a fully remote role and reports to the consultancy's Design Lead, working closely with the Founder & Creative Director.

Responsibilities

  • Visual design and brand aesthetics: Create and execute sophisticated design concepts for luxury and lifestyle clients that elevate brand narratives across platforms.
  • Brand identity systems: Conceptualize and design distinctive brand identities with moodboards, mockups, and visual frameworks that reflect premium sensibilities and market positioning.
  • Social media and campaign design: Design polished, thoughtful content for digital campaigns—Instagram, , paid ads, and beyond—ensuring consistency with brand tone and vision.
  • Presentations and decks: Develop beautiful, branded pitch decks and client presentations that blend clarity, structure, and visual elegance.
  • Creative thinking: Bring a strategic lens to design—connect dots between culture, storytelling, and visuals. Infuse your work with originality, mood, and meaning.
  • Storyboarding and video content: Contribute to storyboarding for video projects and digital campaigns in collaboration with motion designers and editors.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with content, strategy, and marketing teams to co-create meaningful and resonant visual outputs.
  • Asset management and visual consistency: Organize, maintain, and evolve asset libraries for both client and internal brand needs.
  • Brand building for ps&co: Support in building our own brand identity across decks, case studies, marketing collateral, and social channels.
  • Quality control: Ensure each design piece—no matter how small—is refined, aligned to client brand guidelines, and delivered with finesse and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A diploma or higher degree in graphic design or visual communications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design—preferably in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or real estate.
  • A portfolio that reflects a strong command of typography, layout, visual language, and brand storytelling across multiple mediums.
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, Figma or Sketch.
  • A good sense of motion design is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication.
  • Someone who is inspired by culture, architecture, design, and aesthetics—and brings a fresh lens to every brief.
