Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:

Based on styling surfaces and volumes, concept Layout and packaging of internal lighting parts Incorporate all aspects of functionality, performance, regulatory requirements and manufacturability

Competency Requirements

Technical

Expertise in UG NX Version and conversant with ACAD Expertise in TeamCenter Engineering MS Office including Power point, Excel etc. Expertise in relevant FEA tools like Hyper Mesh, Romax, etc. Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, DFA and DFS aspects Expertise in preparing 2D drawings & Knowledge of GD&T Good knowledge of and exposure to relevant manufacturing processes inhouse as well as at vendors

Proficiencies

Good knowledge of design concepts for automotive or 2W lighting, including all types of light source like bulb, LED etc. Knowledge about automotive and 2W industry standards and regulations, applicable globally for 2-Wheeler. Exposure to lamps/ bulbs/ LED manufacturing and validation facilities

Preferred experience

Experience in working with Automotive or 2-Wheeler lighting system parts.
