Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and branding teams to design visually compelling assets for digital and print media.
  • Develop creative concepts and execute designs for websites, social media, advertising campaigns, presentations, brochures, logos, packaging, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance creative output.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs.
  • Take ownership of the entire design process from concept to final execution, including feedback and revisions.
  • Assist with the development of the visual identity of new products, services, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design and messaging across various channels.
  • Provide creative input and insights during brainstorming sessions and design reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Any graduate.
  • min 1-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across digital and print mediums.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and solve design challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation.
  • Experience with basic front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
