The role requires4 days of work at the client site in Gurgaon and 2 days at the Delhi office each week.Qualifications Proficiency in corporate law compliance, including filing returns and maintenance of statutory records Strong research and documentation abilities Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of corporate governance principles and practices Degree in Company Secretary (CS) or equivalent qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant office software
