We are seeking a highly skilled Datacom Engineer with strong development experience in networking and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of L2/L3 networking protocols, virtualization, and embedded systems programming.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain software for Cloud Native Functions (CNF) and Virtual Network Functions (VNF).
· Work on Ethernet switching, IP forwarding (unicast and multicast), and L2/L3 routing protocols.
· Implement and troubleshoot protocols such as VxLAN, LACP, GRE, IPSec, and TLS.
· Contribute to development and validation of Wi-Fi, 802.1x, AAA, and RADIUS features.
· Write high-performance code in C and Go, focusing on multithreading, SMP, and data structures.
· Develop and optimize software for Linux-based multicore systems.
· Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
· Work with DPDK and VPP for high-speed packet processing.

Requirements:
1. Programming Expertise:
o Strong hands-on experience in C and/or Go programming on embedded platforms.
o Solid understanding of multithreading, SMP, and data structures.
2. Networking Knowledge:
o Deep understanding of L2 switching and forwarding.
o Ability to explain packet flow through switches and routers.
o Familiarity with LACP, STP, ARP, DHCP, and basic routing via subnets.
o Exposure to OSPF and BGP is a plus.
3. Platform & Tools:
o Experience in Linux development for multicore systems.
o Hands-on with Docker, Containers, and Kubernetes.
o Exposure to DPDK, VPP, and network acceleration frameworks is highly desirable.

· Experience in Wi-Fi technologies, 802.1x, and AAA/RADIUS.
· Familiarity with IP multicast, TLS/IPSec, and GRE tunneling.
· Development experience in Go language and cloud-native environments.
