Job Description :


Location : Gurgaon

1. Proven Experience on Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper V)

2. Proven Experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role, with a deep understanding of O365 applications and services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams & One Drive for Business).

3. Working Experience on ADDS, DNS Server, DHCP server.

4. Network Security, Firewall management, Traffic Management, Policy formation, IDS & IPS deployment.

5. Responsible for TrendMicro Apex one Management including Endpoint Security, EDR-XDR, Email Security, Cloud App Security and Deep Security for Servers.

6. Responsible for Managing & Troubleshooting LAN, WAN MPLS Connectivity.

7. Responsible for Regular Backup of Critical Data, Servers as well as User Backup, strong knowledge of various Backup software like Veeam, Commvault.

8. Working experience on Apple iOS & MAC operating systems, manage and troubleshooting skills.

9. Responsible for Managing Video Conferencing, IT asset Management.

10. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and operating systems.

11. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.

12. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.

13. Install and configure software applications, updates patches, keeping systems up to date and secure.

14. Configure and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions within the O365 environment, ensuring proper access controls and security measures are in place.

15. Monitor and troubleshoot O365 services to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability.

16. Implement and manage email policies, rules, and security settings in Exchange Online, including anti-spam and anti-malware protection.

17. Provide technical support and training to end-users on O365 applications, addressing their issues and helping them utilize O365 tools effectively.

18. Plan and execute O365 migrations, upgrades, and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to users and data integrity.

19. Experience with O365 administration tools, PowerShell scripting, MAPI, SARA Tool.

20. Knowledge of O365 security best practices, including identity management, data protection, and compliance requirements.

21. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, and hybrid identity management in O365 environments.

22. Knowledge of Cyber Security, Cyber threats, and protection procedures to stay your environment protected.

23. Knowledge of Domain Management, DNS records update, Domain procurement & renewal.

24. Basic Knowledge of SAAS Environment, Cloud Infrastructure, like AWS, Azure.

25. Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and helping them utilize technology effectively.
