Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and drive growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· DUTIES-
Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with business goals, driving online sales and market share growth.
Platform Management: Oversee the management of the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Product Listings: Optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing, to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey by implementing best practices in website navigation, checkout processes, and customer support.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse sales data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfilment of orders.
Market Research: Stay informed about e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution.
· QUALIFICATION –
ü Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
ü 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
ü Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and tools.
ü Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
ü Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
ü Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
ü Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
