About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer engagement, marketing, or brand communication. In this role, you’ll connect with customers post-purchase, gather and curate their feedback, and transform those experiences into impactful content that strengthens our brand presence across platforms. Key Responsibilities Reach out to customers after every sale to collect feedback, reviews, and testimonials. Encourage and incentivize customers to share their experiences. Curate and present reviews in a polished, brand-aligned format. Create engaging content from customer feedback for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), website, and marketing materials. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to integrate testimonials into campaigns. Maintain an organized library of customer reviews and success stories. Act as the voice of the customer , identifying patterns, praises, and areas for improvement. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, marketing, or brand/content roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic design/content editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.). Social media savvy — familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
