Prior work experience in the Lloyd’s market is a plus. The opportunity will involve identifying, managing, governing and solutioning digital initiatives, application development, application and infrastructure maintenance, and using technology to transform insurance business process. The individual will be responsible for growing and delivering a broad array of technology services to existing and new clients.Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership and Portfolio Management 2. Capability Development and Management 3. Communities of Practice 4. Technical Excellence - Product Engineering - MUST 5. Stakeholder Management and CollaboratioWhat you’ll be doing: The key responsibilities are as follows: Own operational metrics around Client Satisfaction, People and Financials Develop POVs and proactive propositions for Quarterly and Monthly client governance Govern multiple technology projects, bothgreenfieldand otherwise Govern and Track staffing and fulfilment for one large or multiple smaller client engagements Spearhead Custom application development/ build applications meeting delivery deadline across geography. Run Managed Services engagement in an end-to-end fashion, across both Applications and Infrastructure domains Plan for managing Quality, Cost and Schedule parameters for large programs and projects Implement effective release and configuration management processes Support business development with Demos, POVs, POCsMust Have: B.Tech./B.E. or M.Tech./M.E. from a recognized institute Prior hands-on work experience in IT services across Application Engineering & Infrastructure Minimum 20 years of experience in IT product & services At least 2-3 years of Onsite work experience in UK / Europe / ANZ / Singapore markets At least 10 years of experience working for Insurance clients, preferably P&C Specialty or Large Commercial lines, Life Insurance experience also counts Excellent spoken and written communication skills Have a broad understanding of UK / Europe / ANZ immigration norms and general guidelines Have a good working knowledge of one out of the Azure and AWS Cloud platforms Understand Agile development methodologies well A track record of leading successful client delivery engagementsDetailed job description will be provided post shortlisting your profile.
