Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate. The role involves working with data models, SQL, and SharePoint, and includes tasks such as building automated workflows, Power BI repot development, and integration with cloud services like Azure.Responsibilities Develop and maintain solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate Design, build, and support Power BI reports and dashboards Write, optimize, and debug SQL-based stored procedures Create and manage workflows using SharePoint Designer or modern workflow tools Design and develop custom business applications usingPower Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)andPower Automate . Create automated workflows to streamline business processes and integrate withSharePoint ,Microsoft Teams ,Outlook , and other M365 services. Develop, maintain, and optimizePower BI dashboards and reportsbased on complex data models and SQL queries. Build and maintainSharePoint Onlinesolutions including custom lists, document libraries, Power Apps integration, and SPFx components if required. Work withDataverse ,SQL databases , andAzure services(e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Blob Storage) to design secure, scalable integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and lead technical implementation. Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment of solutions across environments. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions. Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform roadmap, updates, and best practices.Essential Skills Job Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential Must have proven expertise with Power platform Expertise on SQL knowledge is a must Knowledge on Cloud platform is a plus Personal Understand business objectives and organizational structure to align work with strategic goals Demonstrate strong work ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness in all responsibilities Maintain high attention to detail while ensuring confidentiality and data security Exhibit a collaborative attitude and commitment to excellence as a reliable team player Effectively manage pressure and meet multiple daily deadlines with a composed and mature approach 5+ years of experiencein developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong knowledge ofSharePoint Online development , including lists/libraries, permissions, Power Apps/Automate integration, and basic SPFx/custom scripts. Proficiency inSQL ,data modeling , and working with relational and non-relational data sources. Experience in integrating Power Platform apps withAzure services(e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault). Familiarity withDataverse , REST APIs, and custom connectors. Solid understanding ofapplication lifecycle management (ALM)within the Power Platform environment. Ability to gather requirements, design architecture, and implement solutions with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred Skills Job Report development skills preferably Power BI Preferable knowledge of SharePoint lists and basic understanding of SharePoint Designer or modern workflows.
