Job Description:

VBCC High Temperature Instruments Private Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in branding, visual storytelling, and creative design. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in developing brand identities, marketing materials, and digital content that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Visual Identity:

  • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity across all digital and print materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency by creating cohesive designs for marketing campaigns, corporate materials, and product visuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand positioning and messaging through visual content.

Design & Development:

  • Conceptualize and create compelling designs for brochures, social media, websites, advertisements, packaging, and presentations.
  • Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company's brand strategy and business objectives.

Software Proficiency & Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Lightroom).
  • Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and visual enhancement.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles to create user-friendly and engaging interfaces.
  • Ability to adapt to emerging design trends and software advancements.

Creativity & Innovation:

  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Continuously research and incorporate latest design trends to enhance the visual appeal of all content.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to execute visually compelling campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
  • Expertise in branding, marketing design, and corporate identity development.
  • Ability to create innovative, eye-catching PowerPoint presentations and other business communication materials.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience designing digital assets.
  • Detail-oriented, highly creative, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
