We’re looking for anAgentic AI Engineerwho can take full ownership of implementing, configuring, and operating Moveworks at scale — driving real impact across ticket deflection, MTTR reduction, and customer satisfaction.What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end Moveworks implementation and operations Integrate Moveworks withServiceNow, Jira, Slack/Teams, SSO, HRIS , and other enterprise systems Curate knowledge sources and fine-tune models for optimal performance Driveconversational analytics , guardrails, and runtime governance Contribute to ouragentic AI stackfor multi-agent orchestration and evaluationWhat We’re Looking For 5–10 yearsof total experience in AI, automation, or IT service engineering Minium 2+ years of hands-on Moveworks experiencein enterprise environments Strong understanding ofconversational AI , integrations, and governance Experience working cross-functionally in global environmentsInterested Candidate can share profiles on email id- Arti.sharma@infogain.com
