We are now building an in-house team in  Faridabad and are looking for a  YouTube SEO & Growth Manager to lead our channel’s growth. Key Responsibilities Optimize YouTube SEO: titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, end screens. Improve CTR & retention through thumbnails, metadata, and strategy. Plan and execute growth campaigns (organic + paid). Analyze channel analytics and provide actionable insights. Identify collaborations with artists, influencers, and brands. Scale Shorts and cross-platform content for wider reach. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in YouTube growth / digital marketing. Proven track record of scaling YouTube channels (brand or creator). Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and algorithm trends. Creative + data-driven approach. Excellent communication skills. Nice to Have Passion for electronic/techno music 🎵. Experience running YouTube Ads campaigns. Ability to spot viral content potential.
