The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with hands-on experience building integrations using OIC. Experience working in themanufacturing sectorwill be a strong plus.Key Responsibilities: Design and implementend-to-end integrationsbetween Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Develop and maintainSOAP/REST-based web services, file-based integrations , andOIC orchestration flows . Customize and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, etc.) usingHDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas , and other tools. Develop and maintainreports and dashboardsusing OTBI and BI Publisher. Collaborate with functional teams, technical architects, and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements. Support production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Document technical designs, integration architecture, and support procedures. Work in a global delivery model with stakeholders across different time zones.Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of IT experience with at least3+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud . Minimum2+ years of hands-on development experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Strong experience in building and maintaining integrations usingREST, SOAP, SFTP , andfile-based transfers . Solid command ofHCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas , andsecurity roles setup . Skilled inBI Publisher and OTBIreport development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in themanufacturing industryworking with complex HR/Payroll integrations. Familiarity withOracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits , andLearningmodules is a plus. Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud and/or Oracle Integration
