We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Skin & Cosmetology Department. The role involves handling patient inquiries, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and promoting skin treatments and services offered by the department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite and convincing personality, and the ability to provide professional assistance to patients

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for appointments and follow-ups.
• Explain skin treatments, packages, and services to patients.
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper coordination with doctors.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• minimum graduate with good communication skills (English & Hindi).
• 1 Year + experience in tele calling / customer service (healthcare preferred).
• Pleasant personality, convincing skills & basic computer knowledge.
