We’re inviting talented character artists to join us in shaping the future of Digital Humans.Key Responsibilities:Createphotorealistic charactersfrom scratch, including humans, creatures, and stylized variants. Handle the full pipeline:Modeling, Sculpting, Texturing, Grooming, LookDev, Lighting, Rigging , andRealtime integration . Collaborate with tech, animation, and pipeline teams to deliver production-ready assets. Optimize characters forVFXandUnreal Engineworkflows. Work on 3D Scan/4D Scan data to create photoreal digital-doubles.Softwares:You must be fluent in the following tools: Maya ZBrush Mari Arnold Houdini XGen (Grooming) Nuke Photoshop Wrap3D / Wrap4D Unreal Engine Marvelous DesignerRequired Skill Sets:Strong understanding ofanatomy , silhouette, and form. Expert inhigh-poly and low-polycharacter workflows. Mastery ofPBR texturing , UDIMs, displacement & normal workflows. Experience developinghair/fur grooms(XGen, Houdini). Lookdev proficiency inArnold/Rendermanand realtime shaders inUnreal . Ability to set up functionalrigsor work closely with rigging teams. Understanding offacial pipelines , FACS, blenshapes and scan processing (Wrap3D/4D). Strong artistic eye + technical problem-solving abilities.
