Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and development activities to optimize Office 365 deployment and utilization.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Office 365 and recommend innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with cloud service vendors to obtain favorable terms and pricing.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and issues are promptly addressed.
  • Design and implement networking solutions to optimize performance and security in cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot networking issues and implement necessary improvements.
  • Develop and manage budgets for cloud services, ensuring cost optimization and efficiency.
  • Monitor usage and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to control expenditures.
  • Create and manage billing management access for relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee Azure billing and ensure accuracy and transparency in billing processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure and services, with expertise in AWS, Azure, and Office 365, SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and best practices.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with cloud service vendors.
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience in budget management.
  • Familiarity with Azure billing processes and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
