Then keep reading - this one's for you.We’re looking for a Senior Art Director / Group Head - Art to lead the creative charge across a cluster of brands. If you bring strong visual storytelling, team leadership and a solid understanding of the digital landscape, we’d love to meet you.This role blends conceptual thinking, design leadership, and an evolving approach to creativity, including the smart use of AI tools to supercharge design output and strategy.What You’ll Be Doing:- Lead and mentor a team of designers and art directors across digital campaigns, brand content and social-first ideas. - Set the visual tone and direction for multiple brands, ensuring consistency and creative excellence. - Collaborate with strategy, copy, account and production teams to bring ideas to life. - Guide the development of visual systems, design languages, campaign ideas and high-performing content. - Use AI-assisted tools (like Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up exploration, visual moodboarding and design workflows. - Encourage original thinking while maintaining alignment with client expectations and digital best practices. - Stay updated with trends in design, tech and content to drive creative innovation.What We’re Looking For:- 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in a digital agency or creative studio. - A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, digital design, illustration and typography. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Figma is a bonus. - Experience in motion design or collaborating with motion/video teams is a plus. - Good understanding of social media formats, platform guidelines and content performance dynamics. - Familiarity with AI tools in the creative workflow and a willingness to experiment with new technologies. - Strong communication and team management skills; ability to give clear feedback and inspire quality work. - And if you’re already dabbling in AI-driven design workflows, we like you already.About The Content LabThe Content Lab is a Mumbai-based digital-first agency & creative content studio providing digital marketing and content solutions for the evolving digital space.
