Job Title:Design Engineer – SolidWorks (Trailers) Location:Bangalore Work Mode:Onsite Experience:2 – 6 YearsAbout the Role: We are looking for skilled Design Engineers with hands-on experience inSolidWorksand trailer design. The role involves creating, modifying, and validating 3D models and detailed drawings to support manufacturing and product development requirements.Key Responsibilities: Design and developtrailers and related componentsusing SolidWorks. Prepare3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMsin line with project specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, and procurement) to ensure design feasibility. Performtolerance analysis, structural checks, and design optimization . Support prototyping, testing, and validation of designs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma inMechanical/Automobile Engineeringor related field. 2 – 6 yearsof proven experience in design engineering usingSolidWorks . Strong knowledge oftrailer structures, chassis, suspensions, and mechanical systems . Experience withGD&T, material selection, and manufacturing processes . Ability to create detailed engineering documentation. Good problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Exposure tofinite element analysis (FEA)and simulation tools.
