In this on-site role, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by actively engaging with travel agencies and clients, building strong relationships, and generating new business opportunities. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, delivering product presentations, managing customer inquiries, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to design customized travel packages and ensuring seamless customer service to optimize client satisfaction and retention.Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs. - Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets, manage leads, and successfully close deals. - Experience in Training to empower and guide team members in sales techniques and performance optimization. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. - Previous experience in travel, tourism, or destination management is an advantage. - Passion for travel and familiarity with Finland's culture, destinations, and attractions is highly desirable.
