Job description /Role & Responsibilities -

- Lead a team of image processing engineers to develop and implement state-of-the-art image processing algorithms and systems

- Design, develop, and optimize image processing pipelines for a variety of applications

- Work with other teams to integrate image processing algorithms into larger systems

- Create and maintain project plans, and timeline

- Review and analyze project requirements and provide technical guidance to the team

- Collaborate with researchers and other engineers to develop new image processing technologies

- Ensure the team follows best practices for software development, code reviews, and testing

- Manage and prioritize project activities, and make strategic decisions to ensure successful project completion

- Mentor and train team members to ensure professional development and growth

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Experience leading a team of engineers

- Strong knowledge of image processing algorithms and techniques, including image enhancement, segmentation, and feature extraction

- Experience with programming languages such as C++ OR Python

- Experience with Image processing libraries such as OpenCV, IPL, etc

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus

- Desirable : Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc
