Job Summary:

- Area Manager is responsible for supporting the Mumbai Operations in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the establishment.

- This role involves ensuring high standards of food and beverage service, maintaining a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for guests, and managing staff to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the lounge or restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.

- Supervise, train, and support staff, including scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.

- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.

- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.

- Oversee cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliation and ensuring financial accuracy.

- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers.

- Maintain accurate records, including staff attendance, and financial transactions.

- Prepare regular reports on operations, financial performance, and customer feedback for senior management.

- Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and support staff development through training and mentorship.

- Address and resolve conflicts among staff or with customers in a professional manner.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers and the local community.

- Gather customer feedback and implement changes to improve service and overall experience.

Who Are We Looking For?

- Degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.

- 8 -10 + years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.

- Strong understanding of restaurant operations.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Familiarity with restaurant technology and software.
