REGIONAL PROJECT DIRECTOR - MUMBAI
Job Description
Project Management services scope, for all sectors.
- Programme management
- Design management
- Tender & Contract management
- Construction management
Business Development
- Develop relationships with key industry players/stakeholders to obtain early project leads for project management services.
- Prepare proposals for project management services and negotiate contracts.
- Contribute to the company social media presence through relevant articles and posts.
Project Management
- Manage the project team recruitment and deployment in coordination with HR department.
- Lead the delivery of our project management services by monitoring the performance of project teams, the quality of services delivered, and compliance with the company HSE policy.
- Review personally all project reports and lead client presentations.
- Manage billing and payment collection in coordination with finance department. Drive and maximize business profitability.
- Provide advice, coaching, and training to site teams and drive the team/individuals’ performance.
- Implement and monitor internal processes.
Required Education & Experience
- BArch, BE, or BTech. Post-graduate degree is a plus.
- Proven experience delivering engineering or construction services in Western India.
- Minimum 15-20 years of hands-on experience in project management, in leadership position, on large real estate projects (BUA > 50,000 m2).
- Construction experience abroad is a plus.
- Proven business network with industry developers in the region.
