As a Java Technical Lead, you will play a key role in building and scaling enterprise solutions that power financial institutions worldwide.Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. - Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Implement and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure robust unit and integration testing. - Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in production and pre-production environments. - Drive best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and cloud deployments. - Contribute to architectural decisions, technology roadmaps, and system design. - Manage project timelines, estimates, and ensure successful delivery of features.Technical Skills Required- Strong experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA. - Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful API development. - Experience with Oracle , PLSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Good knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and build automation tools. - Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular/React) is a plus. - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.Why Join Intellect- Work on world-class financial technology products. - Opportunity to lead and grow with an innovative, global organization. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Collaborative, tech-driven environment with continuous learning opportunities.Thanks & RegardsSoundarya
