Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1) Understand electrical architecture of HEV/EV2) Conceptualization, Layout, Design and Development of HEV/EV Lithium Ion Battery pack3) Know-how and understanding on BEV layouts4) Know-how on technical details of BMS, DVP specification to suppliers for Battery & E-Drive components/systems 5) Understand Control algorithms such as battery controls, battery SOC, SOH estimations, cell balancing, battery life optimization, safety related controls, configuration of BMS, cell characterization, energy calculation, thermal management6) Understanding of the ISO compliance for BMS, DFMEA7) Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking8) Coordination with other design departments/ suppliers & related agencies for design and development Activities 9) Calibration – having exposure to work on Calibration tools like INCA, Vector tools.10) Basic Vehicle system knowledge and E&E aggregates in the vehicle - EV associated systems like DC-DC converter, On board charger. E motor, HV battery 11) Validation understanding of Battery & E-Drive components by making proper test cases in both component, system and vehicle level so as to give issue free product to customerSkills critical for the role: 1) Good undertanding Li ion Battery technologyWorking 2) Work experience on E machine integration in electric vehicles3) Li Ion battery pack design testing4) Safety and test standards for lithium ion battery and Edrive components5) Basics of BMS and calibration of the BMS6) BMS core functions calibration (SOC, SOH) algorithms7) Basics of Lithium Ion Cells (Basic Characteristics, Types of Li Ion batteries)Experience Fresher upto 5 years experienceIndustry Preferred Automobile Qualifications BE, ME ( Electrical, Automobile,Mechanical)General Requirements
