Frontend Developer

Position Overview:We are seeking talented Frontend Engineers at various levels (SDE I, II) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable frontend applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.Key Responsibilities:● SDE I:○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.○ Develop and maintain frontend components and features using React.js and Next.js.○ Implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces with Tailwind CSS following best practices.○ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.○ Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.○ Debug and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.○ Implement unit tests and participate in troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.● SDE II:○ All responsibilities of SDE I, plus:○ Design and implement scalable frontend architectures and reusable component libraries.○ Lead frontend projects and provide end-to-end solutions from requirements to deployment.○ Optimize application performance, including bundle size, rendering efficiency, and load times.○ Ensure seamless integration of frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs.○ Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and code review feedback.○ Stay up to date with the latest advancements in React.js, Next.js, and frontend technologies and adopt best practices in the development process.○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers.○ Participate in the estimation, planning, and prioritization of development tasks.○ Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices within the team.Qualifications:● Experience:○ SDE I: 1-3 years of experience in frontend development with React.js and Next.js.○ SDE II: 3-5 years of experience in frontend development with React.js and Next.js, with demonstrated experience leading frontend projects and mentoring junior developers.● Technical Skills:○ Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and CSS frameworks, particularly Tailwind CSS.○ Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.○ Strong understanding of frontend development best practices, including performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.○ Experience with state management libraries (Redux, or Context API).○ Familiarity with RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.○ Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.○ Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) is a plus.○ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies is a plus.○ Experience with TypeScript is a plus.○ Application Security experience is a plus.● Soft Skills:○ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.○ Strong communication and collaboration skills.○ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.○ Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.○ Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.Why Join Mitigata?If India’s growth is under threat, we’re standing in the way.Every cyberattack, every data breach, every fraudulent claim—isn’t just a digital incident.
