NDT Technician

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and certified NDT Technician to join our dynamic team on a permanent full-time basis located in regional Western Australia (Alcoa) .

This is an opportunity for a goal-driven individual to effectively carry out high integrity NDT and inspection work while ensuring the integrity and safety of structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and provide clear and concise results and information
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records
  • Analyse data to identify defects or irregularities that could compromise safety or performance
  • Set up and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accurate results 
  • Work closely with engineers to discuss existing or potential issues and preventative measures 

Essentials:

  • Experience in NDT inspections 
  • Experience in MT2, UT1, ET2, RT2 methods (preferable)
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol screen
