Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion:
  • Take ownership of leads generated by the Architect + Interior designer Advisor (A+ ID) team, nurturing initial interest into confirmed projects.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations and solutions to align with client objectives.


  • Client Liaison:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned architects and interior designers (A+IDs), building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on design direction, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as an advocate for the client within the company, addressing any concerns or feedback with empathy and professionalism.


  • Project Management:
  • Oversee projects from conception to completion, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to translate client requirements into actionable plans, ensuring all design specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any potential challenges or delays to maintain project timelines.


  • After-Sales Support:
  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support to clients, offering assistance with product usage, maintenance, and any post-installation inquiries.
  • Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively seek feedback from clients to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.



Requirements:

  • Specialisation in Textile Design is important, with a strong background in textile design principles and techniques.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles within the design or home decor industry, with a focus on project management and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, with the ability to create and present design concepts and solutions.
  • Passion for design and a deep understanding of aesthetic trends, with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings or events as needed.
