Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Tuesday–Saturday

Location: Work-from-home (India)

Compensation: ₹20,000/month fixed pay + performance incentives (per qualified show & team bonuses). All payments are made monthly via payroll.

About the role

We’re hiring Appointment Setters to schedule qualified sales appointments for our internal Closer team on premium B2C/B2B offers. You’ll work warm leads provided by the company, follow a clear qualification checklist, and keep our CRM up to date. This is a single-level sales role focused on booking meetings—no recruiting, no fees, no selling of memberships.

What you’ll do
  • Make targeted outbound calls to warm leads; handle inbound callbacks and WhatsApp/email follow-ups
  • Qualify prospects (need, timeline, ability to purchase) and book them on the Closer’s calendar
  • Use company scripts professionally; personalize where appropriate
  • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and submit brief end-of-day updates
  • Coordinate with the Setter Lead to improve show rates and lead quality
What you’ll need
  • Strong spoken English (Hindi a plus) and confident phone presence
  • Results mindset: punctual, coachable, consistent activity
  • Basic CRM experience (e.g., Synamate/HubSpot/GHL)
  • Reliable home setup: quiet workspace, 25 Mbps+ internet, headset, webcam
KPIs (with training & support)
  • 60–80 dials/day (calls + WhatsApp follow-ups)
  • 12–20 booked appointments/week
  • 60%+ show rate on booked calls
  • CRM notes and next steps logged within 24 hours
Growth & progression
  • Structured onboarding and weekly coaching
  • Eligibility to apply for the internal Closer role after successful completion of probation and consistent KPI achievement (subject to openings)

Interview process
  1. Short telephonic screen (10–12 minutes)
  2. Live role-play with the Setter Lead
