Qualifications:
Required
• 2+ to 9 years of Identity Governance and administration (IGA) service delivery
• 2+ to 9 years hands-on experience on access and user administration in one or more IGA solution(s) (SailPoint/Saviynt/IBM ISIM/CA IDM/Oracle IDM, etc.)
• Strong understanding of user life cycle events supported by IGA
• Prior experience in working in operations
• Experience in ticketing tools for access management, tracking progress/escalation, and generating operational reports
• Experience in developing SOP and runbooks
• Strong understanding of Excel functions
• Experience in ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and bug tracking tools e.g. JIRA
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideally in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology
• Business proficiency in English language
• Ready to work in rotational shifts, including night shift
• Experience in working with distributed teams across different geographies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience and knowledge in cyber security or identity and access management
• Ability to adhere to client’s information security policies and clearly articulate the need for information security
• Knowledge of business process, user provisioning process, and security maintenance processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
