Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Flexcube Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Oracle Flexcube, banking processes, and test management tools. You will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and integration of Flexcube modules to ensure the platform meets both business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and functional requirements for Oracle Flexcube implementations.

- Design and develop detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data based on requirements and specifications.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on Flexcube modules.

- Validate configurations and customizations in Flexcube Core Banking System.

- Log, track, and report defects using appropriate defect management tools.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure quality deliverables.

- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support go-live activities.

- Ensure compliance with banking standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Contribute to test planning, estimation, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on testing experience with Oracle Flexcube (Retail/Corporate/Core Banking).

- In-depth understanding of Flexcube modules such as CASA, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, and Treasury.

- Strong experience in test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle.

- Experience with SQL for data validation and backend testing.

- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, TestRail, or similar.

- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC in a banking environment.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in an agile or waterfall development environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT).

- ISTQB or similar testing certification.

- Exposure to Flexcube upgrade or migration projects.

- Knowledge of APIs and integration testing.
