About the Role:
We're building the gold standard in fulfilment and delivery experience for a high-speed, high-volume quick commerce platform. As the Ops Excellence PM, you will be the systems orchestrator - ensuring that every cog in the operations engine runs smoothly and scales reliably from day one to 1L+ daily orders.
What Youll Own:
- Map and optimise the end-to-end fulfilment and delivery journey: inventory in product out.
- Design and drive product interventions across order routing, batching, SLAs, cancellations, returns, and driver allocation
- Make disparate systems (inventory, order management, delivery partner, store ops) talk to each other efficiently
- Build tracking dashboards, run ops experiments, and deliver actionable insights to hit gold-standard metrics
- Collaborate deeply with Tech, Category, Warehouse, and CX teams to ensure alignment and rapid iteration
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in product, ops, or process excellence in high-growth startups or consulting
- Obsess over delivery experience, systems reliability, and ground-level insights
- Thrive in chaos - bias for action, hustle, and zero ego
- Fluent in first-principles problem-solving, systems thinking, and structured experimentation.
