The Group aims to expand into nutraceutical and health supplements as part of its integrated wellness ecosystem.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced professional from the nutraceutical industry to lead product pipeline development, regulatory compliance, vendor sourcing, and go-to-market strategies for dietary supplements, herbal formulations, vitamins, functional foods, and wellness products. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of nutrition + pharmaceutical product standards and commercialization.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Research- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for nutraceutical formulations—from research to market launch. - Identify ingredients, formulation opportunities, trends, and innovations in wellness supplements. - Work with R&D teams, nutritionists, and formulation scientists to create high-performance supplements aligned with brand philosophy.Regulatory & Compliance- Ensure 100% compliance with FSSAI, AYUSH, FDA (if export related), and other regulatory guidelines. - Manage product labeling standards, claims policy, certification requirements (GMP, ISO, HACCP, etc.).Supply Chain, Sourcing & Vendor Management- Identify and onboard manufacturing partners, raw material vendors, and packaging suppliers within the nutraceutical ecosystem. - Negotiate pricing, quality requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-efficient high-quality output.Sales, Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to define product positioning, pricing, promotions, and launch roadmap. - Support channel strategy across B2B, B2C, ecommerce, wellness clinics, pharmacies, and retreat properties. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive product differentiation.Cross-Functional Leadership- Build and strengthen partnerships with medical practitioners, dieticians, alternative medicine experts, and nutritionists. - Provide product training to operations, sales, and customer engagement teams.Required Experience- Minimum 5–12 years of experience in the nutraceutical health supplement industry. - Proven track record in product formulation, product management, contract manufacturing, or nutraceutical R&D. - Strong understanding of functional foods, vitamins, dietary supplements, herbal extracts, protein supplements, antioxidants, immunity boosters, and holistic wellness products.Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related field. - Preferred: Additional certifications in regulatory affairs, nutraceutical sciences, or nutritional biochemistry.Key Skills- Nutraceutical formulation & product development - Regulatory compliance (FSSAI / AYUSH / FDA) - Vendor & contract manufacturing management - Project management & cross-functional collaboration - Data-driven market research and product positioning - Strong analytical and documentation skillsPersonality Attributes- Passion for wellness and preventive healthcare - Innovation-oriented mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment - Strong ownership and execution capabilityApply Now:Email: anusha@ridhira.comWhatsApp CV: +91 7386688223
