We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) to join our dynamic team at GyanSys, Bangalore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on scalable, high-performance web applications, contributing to both frontend and backend development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.If you are someone who enjoys solving complex problems, writing clean code, and delivering impactful solutions, wed love to hear from youKey Responsibilities :- Develop responsive, scalable, and dynamic web applications using React.js (functional components, hooks, and state management).- Design, build, and maintain robust backend APIs and services using Python frameworks (Flask, Django, or FastAPI).- Integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly with RESTful APIs.- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) for data modeling, schema design, and query optimization.- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into interactive features.- Ensure code quality with clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.- Implement unit tests, debugging, and performance tuning for reliability and scalability.- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and actively participate in code reviews.- Support CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerization (Docker) for efficient deployment.Required Skills & Experience :- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.- Strong expertise in React.js (functional components, hooks, Redux/Context API).- Proven backend development experience with Python and at least one framework In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web security best practices.- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL PostgreSQL/MySQL, or NoSQL MongoDB/Cassandra).- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities.
