Systems Administrator - Azure

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Enterprise System Administrator with 3 to 6 years of experience to manage and support Microsoft 365 services and Azure Active Directory within our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and broader M365 administration. Youll play a key role in maintaining a secure, scalable, and reliable digital workplace.

Responsibilities :

- Administration and management of the O365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and AzureAD.

- Develop and implement solutions using Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to automate workflows and create business applications.

- MS Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting, including recovery and maintenance of Exchange databases.

- Administering a hybrid O365 environment.

- PowerShell scripting for Windows, Exchange, and AD/AzureAD administration.

- Knowledge of Azure is an added advantage. Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph

- Knowledge of data loss prevention.

- O365 license management.

- Listservice knowledge.

- Experience with the O365 tech stack, including Microsoft 365 apps and services.

- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to exercise good judgment an? discretion.

- Engineer with a good academic background.

- Ability to work methodically and analytically in quantitative problem-solving.

- Strong customer service skills.

- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
