Firstsource’s inch-wide, mile-deep practitioners work collaboratively, leveraging UnBPO™ - their differentiated approach to reimagining traditional outsourcing - to deliver real-world, future-focused solutions that drive speed, scale, and smarter decision, turning transformation into tangible results for clients.Designation:Assistant Manager- FP&A Role & Responsibilities: Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and business performance tracking Prepare management reports and executive dashboards with clear insights Conduct financial modelling, scenario planning, and margin analysis Collaborate with business teams to gather data and ensure alignment Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements in reporting Assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projectsQualification & Experience (Critical and Desirable) Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) with 2–5 years of relevant experience , preferably in FP&A Working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with SAP is preferred Good understanding of financials and business performance metrics Good analytical and communication skillsWe are looking for People with Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and business acumen Strong data analysis and interpretation skills Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines A team player who is proactive and dependable Experience in BFSI, BPO, or MNC environments is a plus⚠️ Disclaimer:Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
