About the Role

As an Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) consultant, you will help clients maintain, upgrade, and extend their applications according to their business needs.

You will bring consultative skills, business knowledge, and application expertise to help clients achieve business results.

Responsibilities

- Assist in implementing Oracle Financials solutions to meet business needs, adhering to industry best practices.

- Support global cash management processes, including integration with banks using formats like BAI2 and SWIFT MT 940.

- Aid in setting up Advanced Collections, including dunning letters, collection strategies, customer scoring, and KPI tracking.

- Collaborate with development teams and consultants on Oracle ERP projects.

- Maintain project documentation such as solution designs and configuration guides.

- Support the preparation and delivery of status reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • A good understanding of Oracle ERP, preferably Oracle Fusion.
  • 6+ years' experience in financial modules such as Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • An interest in learning business process optimization and Oracle ERP integrations.
  • The ability to work flexible hours for global collaboration.
  • Certifications in Finance or ERP modules are desirable but not mandatory.
  • A willingness to attend meetings during late evenings is essential.
