Role Overview TheProxy Project Owneracts as a bridge between the client stakeholders, product management team, and the development squads. This role ensures that the project objectives are met through well-defined requirements, smooth sprint execution, and proactive delivery oversight. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, and technical leads to translate the vision into actionable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Represent theProduct/Project Ownerin daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and delivery discussions. Gather, clarify, and translatebusiness and functional requirementsinto actionable tasks. Maintain and prioritizeproduct/project backlogsaligned with the roadmap. Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and development teams to ensure requirements are clear and achievable. Monitor sprint progress, identify risks, and drive resolutions proactively. Facilitate communication betweenstakeholders and engineering teams . ConductUAT sessions , collect feedback, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria. Support planning, estimation, and reporting of project milestones and KPIs. Ensure adherence toAgile/Scrum frameworksand delivery best practices. Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years of experience as aProxy Project Owner / Product Owner / Business Analyst / Project Coordinator . Proven track record of working inAgile / Scrum environments . Strong understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC) . Proficiency withJira, Confluence, and related project management tools . Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments. Technical understanding of web and mobile platforms (React, Node.js, or similar). Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO).
