Description :Notice Period : Immediate to 30 DaysKey Responsibilities :- Lead DevSecOps initiatives by designing, implementing, and managing automated, secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, and others.- Oversee and drive automation efforts leveraging scripting technologies such as JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and Terraform.- Architect and deploy cloud solutions on platforms including Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).- Implement containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.- Collaborate with software development and operations teams to integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines.- Manage and mentor a technical team, providing leadership during deployments and operational activities.- Drive decision-making collaboratively across multiple stakeholders, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely follow-through.- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal governance related to cloud security and automation.- Act as a trusted advisor for clients and internal stakeholders in consulting or architecture capacities.- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and take corrective actions as needed.- Adapt to evolving business needs and technology landscapes within a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSkills & Experience :- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3- 5 years in a leadership role.- Extensive experience in DevSecOps, automation, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), scripting technologies such as Java Scripting, Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell.- Proficient in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, OCI) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies and agile frameworks.- Experience with large-scale, global IT organizations, preferably with System Integrators.- Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through. - Prior work experience in a consulting/architecture position within a software and/or services company.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Behavioral Skills :- Strong communication, technical writing, and customer service skills- Self-starter : ability to work under pressure and prioritize with minimal supervision- Exhibits the ability to adapt and be flexible within a growing and changing environment- Checking progress against targets, reporting as necessary and taking action to resolve exceptions- Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail- Willing to work in shift during deployments at client location- Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through.- Prior work experience in a consulting/architecture position within a software and/or services company.- Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources.
